Directions for Use: Per serving of problem food, swallow 1 Tablet with first bite of warm or cool food. Store at room temperature or cooler.

Ingredients: Bean-zyme contains: Alpha-galactosidase enzyme (from food grade mold, the same as Beano) 400 GALU/Tablet, cellulose, vegetable sterins, silica.

FREE OF: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, preservatives.

If more than one serving of a problem food in a meal take more than 1 tablet.

Typically ½ cup of baked beans is a serving. It has no impact on foods like meats, dairy or fruits.
