Will absorption be impacted if I mix the DHEA liquid with water or oil?

We recommend taking the straight drops, but you can mix them with 1/4 tbsp or so of water or oil (coconut, MCT, olive e.g.) and slowly swish in the mouth. This reduces consistent dosing but still brings health benefits.

About 70%. Per drop, it is am extremely minute amount, less than 1/1000th of a glass of wine, for example. If sensitive to alcohol, put the drops in a spoon with some olive or coconut oil (or similar), and swish around in your mouth.
