The name Bladderwrack, refers to the bladder-like air pods (vesicles) that keep the plant afloat in the ocean. The brown alga known as Bladderwrack is also a common source of kelp.

? CUT AND SIFTED WILD-CRAFTED BLADDERWRACK USES - Bladderwrack can be added to soups, stocks, and broths, or it can even be steeped as tea. Seaweeds contain naturally high levels of iodine. This product is harvested from the sea.

? DIRECTIONS AND SUGESTED USES - To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tsp of Bladderwrack to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve. May be ground into a powder and added to food. Can also be added to teas or hot water. Allow each cup to sit at least 10 minutes before drinking. Up to 1 teaspoon three times per day along with at least 8 Oz of water each time.
