pH Adjust is a water-soluble powder supplement that balances pH levels, as well as supports and maintains alkaline conditions. Because pH Adjust alkalinizes the body, it can help counteract overly acidic conditions (acidosis), including those in the digestive tract, blood, kidneys, and other organ systems. pH Adjust provides a simple, powerful means for achieving healthy acid-base balance in the body.

pH Adjust should be mixed in water or added to coffee, tea, juice, or any healthy, organic beverage.

pH Adjust contains only potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate, and small amounts of glycine and silicon dioxide (0.5%).

pH Adjust not only counteracts acidic conditions, but also acts as a buffering agent. This means that while it increases pH levels by neutralizing acids, it can also act to buffer overly alkaline conditions. Consumable liquids that might be higher than pH 8.0 (very alkaline) could be reduced by pH Adjust to the normal range of pH 7.4?7.6. This buffering action helps avoid overly alkaline conditions (alkalosis) in the body, but more generally keeps pH levels within normal ranges, neither too acidic nor too alkaline.

One dose of pH Adjust is 1 gm (about 1/2 teaspoon). For extremely acidic conditions, try 4?10 doses per day, depending on acidity level. Use pH paper to ensure pH levels remain balanced and do not become too alkaline (alkalosis may occur above pH 8.2).

Litmus paper is used to test pH levels. To test pH, dip a strip of pH paper in a small amount of saliva or urine. The color of the paper indicates the pH level. Litmus paper comes with an indicator chart with colors corresponding to pH levels.

It is best to test your pH levels in the morning before consuming food or drink. Salivary and urinary pH are affected by recent food consumption, so re-test several hours after eating, and additionally throughout the day as needed.

A consistent pH measurement of less than 7.0 indicates you are too acidic (values less than 6.2 show extreme acidity). This indicates you should consume more alkaline forming foods and / or take pH Adjust. A single dose of pH Adjust can change conditions in the body from acidic to alkaline within a few hours.
